RVB cable, the full name is flat unsheathed soft wire, commonly known as red and black (parallel) wire, is a kind of wire suitable for household lighting, electrical appliances, instruments, radio and audio connection control wires, fire wires, etc. It consists of a red and a black insulated copper wire parallel insulated extruded soft wire, which is why it got its name. The product implementation standard of RVB cable is JB8734.3-1998, the insulation material is polyvinyl chloride, the conductor is a multi-core annealed bare copper stranded wire, and the rated voltage is 300/300V. The working temperature is not allowed to exceed 70ºC and not lower than -15ºC, and the packaging length is usually 100 meters/bundle or 200 meters/bundle. RVB cable has the same purpose as RVVB cable, but RVB is a flat unsheathed soft wire, while RVVB is a flat sheathed soft wire. In addition, RVB cable is also different from RVS cable. RVS is a twisted soft wire, and RVB is a parallel soft wire. RVB cable has very good heat resistance and insulation performance. It uses high-quality colored copper wire as conductor and PVC material as insulation layer, which can ensure stable electrical performance and reliability when used in high temperature or severe environment. During use, RVB cable is very easy to install and maintain. It adopts a structural design consisting of two parallel wires, which can be wired very conveniently.
