Product Description

Welding cable is designed to transmit large currents from welding machines to welding tools. We can apply the flexible
cable to different situation.Such as on assembly lines and conveyor systems, in machine tool and motor car manufacturing,
ship building,for manually and automatically operated line and spot welding machines
 

1. Cable Structure:
    Conductor:  copper, annealed copper, tinned copper, aluminum,cu,cca,ccam
    Sheath of conductor: Polyester film
    Sheath material:  rubber , neoprene,chloroprence rubber compound,EPDM.
2.Characteristis:
   1.The cable has high flexibility properties.
   2.The sheath shall be a natural rubber compound or a chloroprence rubber compound.
   3.The chloroprene rubber sheath is heat and oil resistant and flame   retardant.
   4.The permissible continuous operating temperature 65°C
 
3. Products characteristics:
   1.Such cables can bear immersed voltage test of rated voltage 2000V for 5 minutes.
   2.Such cables should not be higher than 65°C.
